A. SIMPLE PRESENT OR PRESENT INDEFINITE

  ব্যৱহাৰ :

১। সদায় হোৱা কাম (Tasks that always happens):

যি কামবোৰ সদায় বা নিয়মিতভাৱে হয়, সেইবোৰ বুজাবলৈ Simple Present Tense ব্যৱহাৰ হয়।

উদাহৰণঃ

The sun rises in the east.

He goes to school every day.

২। চিৰসত্য ঘটনা (Universal Truths):

যিবোৰ কথা সদায় সঁচা — প্ৰকৃতি বা বিজ্ঞানৰ নিয়ম আদিৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত।

উদাহৰণ:

The sun rises in the east.

Water freezes at 0°C.

Water boils at 100°C. 

The Earth moves around the Sun. 

৩। অভ্যাসগত কাম (Habitual Actions):

নিয়মিতভাৱে কৰা অভ্যাস বুজাবলৈ — প্ৰতি দিন, সপ্তাহ, মাহ বা নিয়মমাফিক হোৱা কাম।

উদাহৰণ:

He plays cricket every Sunday.

I brush my teeth twice a day.

I get up at 6 a.m. every morning.

She drinks tea in the evening. 

৪। গতানুগতিক অৰ্থ (General Statements / Facts / Instructions): যিবোৰ বাক্যই সাধাৰণ নিয়ম, নিৰ্দেশ,জ্ঞান বা সত্য বুজায়

উদাহৰণ: 

A dog has four legs.

The train stops at every station.

A teacher teaches students.

We speak Assamese at home.
